If you’re going to make the customer tie knots that require accuracy and some skill to do correctly, please add instructions on how to tie them. You can’t just pass by the most important part in 2 seconds without showing how to tie the knot.

As stated in the video, we recommend using a barrel knot. There are many videos on KZbin detailing how to tie this knot.

My 2021 seaghost allows you to adjust the pedals after tying off the rudder. The rope slides through them so it’s no problem.

While this is helpful, you move so fast I had to watch many times. I had no idea what a barrel knot was and the visual wasn't clear. Take a page from the knot tutorials online, they show the knots clearly and assume we are novices. I see several others had the same issue, perhaps you should re do the video. That said, I love the kayak and have wanted one for several years.
