How to install a warrior 350 oil pump

hey i have a `98 big bear 350, i changed the oil and oil filter, but shes not getting oil to the head. changed the oil pump as well and its still not pumping oil up. im thinking theres a blockage somewhere in the oil line, or the oil cooler lines, any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated thanks, you guys are awesome.

I would start with checking your lines, something as simple as blowing air through them. After that, check all the oil passages inside the motor. Have see a few get plugged up with gasket maker. Maybe that's why I rarely use it

Does the oil go through the pump then to the filter

Is the for a yamaha xt 225 or ttr 230 ?, look very the same

The pump is the same layout to the cases are also close

Where does the 2nd woodruff key go the half moon I put it on an the gear that aligns with the oil pump but it doesn’t spin seems stuck

it would go under the gear that controls the oil pump if you look at part 22 on here www.partzilla.com/catalog/yamaha/atv/1993/warrior-yfm350xe/oil-pump

i have personally but have to show the right way and in some cases can save time later to do it right the 1st time
