QUESTION OF THE DAY: What would you like to build with these wall boards and tools? A headboard, man cave furniture, accent walls, etc?

Thanks, I actually got this idea after seeing a pallet wall somewhere else. The Weaber boards made it easier, but cost some $$.

Great job Mark! Looks awesome, and will make an excellent backdrop for videos.

Thanks Julio! I wasn't sure how it would turn out when I was buying the material, but happy with the results. My family was even impressed after hearing me make a bunch of noise in the garage.

Good Job, I bought the M12 Hex Impact gun with a 4 amp battery that you are using a few days ago and it is much better than the older version with 2 speed, Next on the list is Milwaukee magnetic box levels [18 & 24], I also got a 11/32 hollow shaft nut driver and in my opinion it is way better than other brands. I am in HVAC & Refrigeration business and Milwaukee always been my first choice! Most of my hand tools are Snap-On and Malco but Milwaukee hand tools are even better than Snap-On & much cheaper!
@MarkThomasBuilder3 жыл бұрын
I like the M12 impact. It has plenty of power for all around projects. Their levels are bright and easy to see. I haven't tried Snap-On yet but understand they're quite expensive.

I have considered replacing the paneling behind my work bench area with something like the flooring your using. The problem is my wife want a kitchen remodel….. I did replace the old lighting with led angels I picked up at Costco. I almost need sunglasses.
@MarkThomasBuilder3 жыл бұрын
Oh man, a kitchen remodel sounds expensive. Maybe you can buy these boards with the kitchen stuff and install it later? I have some 2x2 drop ceiling lights needing to be replaced with led. I'm hoping they make dimmable ones.

Man i have a pallet load of real hardwood flooring. You gave me such a good idea to use that stuff for. Thinking maybe Wainscoting, or a accent wall lie you did. Thanks man. Been wondering what to to with this stuff.
@MarkThomasBuilder3 жыл бұрын
Thanks man, glad to help! I also have a stack of pallets that I thought of breaking down for a project too. The Weaber wall boards is perfect for my limited time since they look authentic and are ready to go in the box.

Good stuff and nice work Mark. I have something similar in my garage/ work space but I used $30 sheets of panel boards that look like wood. It made the space look much nicer than what it did before. Btw, my work space in the garage is just like yours with clutter all over the countertop. All over lol.

Nice, thanks. What's funny is that it takes an hour to clean it all but only takes 5 minutes to make a big mess.

... “This video brought to you by Milwaukee!” 😳🙄😁😂🤣 just bustin on ya Mark. 👍✌🏻 I enjoy these ‘build videos’ you do. I get some ideas from them, and Im sure other Subscribers do as well. Looks nice, but not sure about that painted over wall plate? Hey, I saw you on a SunJo commercial! I yelled at the TV, “Hey yo Mark!” 😄😃😂. You in the big time now! 👍😄 I’m thinking Santa needs to bring you a new camera, as parts of your video were out of focus, and/or struggling to get and keep focus. It may have been the background? I hope you and yours have a very Merry Christmas! 🎁🎄👍👍👍✌🏻🙏🔨

Thanks George, Merry Christmas! I have 1 cheap wide angle lens and 2 expensive ones. The cheap one does great outdoors in sunlight, but not good in the low light of my garage. I decided to put a better lens on my camera gear list as I was editing the video, lol. That's cool you noticed the commercial. I'm still looking for it on tv. Oh, quick note on that painted over wall plate. I just did it quick for the video. I plan on picking up a brown GFI outlet and plate this weekend. Good catch, I didn't think anyone would notice, lol!
