One of the only install videos of the ROEM-NIS2 I could find. Just picked one up for my Bose system in my Pathfinder (basically identical head unit to the Rockford Fosgate you had) and this video will hopefully help me out. Good tip on the ground connection. I’ll take note of that. Great video!

Update: wiring was a breeze with this video. The only thing I had trouble with was fitting all that wiring into the dash.

@PYROtheNomad glad it helped! For the wiring, if you tie some of the wires together or fold them up & use a zip tie or electrical tape to keep them together that should save you some space

Sir will this work for a 2005 Nissan Titan with a rockford fosgate amp. right now I have all the wiring straight to the adapter kit and the blue and white wire for the amp to ac. My new HU is loud and was thinking the ROEM-NIS2 is what I need. Please help

Hi, Can I ask do you have a ground wire for your frontier? I m trying to install a carplay on my Xterra but it looks like it doesn't have the ground wire

You have to make your own by drilling a hole into the metal and attaching wire to it

You can use any camera, most of the inexpensive cameras have the same quality. Just get a license plate mount for the camera if it doesn’t come with one. Radio sounds amazing!

I just did this addition to my 2012 nissan frontier and I could only get the volume up and the change station up to work. I can't turn the volume down with the steering wheel nor change the station. Any thoughts?

I am thinking I may have a bad connection on 1 of the two steering key wires. Planning to take it apart again this evening to check it out. Also, great video, it was super helpful!

Double check your ground connection also. That will throw off the resistances for the keys as well
