I am trying to instal AD23 but there are no folders in the /Altium called license and extensions etc

I had the same issue and resolved it by First copying the shfolder.dll file to the AD23 folder in your installation directory (VERY CRUCIAL , IT WON'T WORK IF YOU DON'T ), this file can be found in the AD21 Unis Licenses folder in your downloaded file. From the same AD21 Unis Licenses folder copy the Licenses folder and paste it in your Altium directory that can be , ( C:\Program Files\Altium ) then from your downloaded files copy the Extensions and Metadata folder to your ( C:\Program Files\Altium ) directory. Unpack the ADLicenseGen.rar file then run the generator as instructed in the video , I didn't get the same prompt he got while trying to save the license file so I just continued anyways. You can then restart your computer ( Optional but recommended) , Open the altium designer (don't sign in or try to sign up ), Then just follow what he did and you'll be home and dry. Puedes utilizar SAMACSYS esta herramienta te entrega el componente listo para utilizarlo. No es necesario crear el componente en 3D. Solo pegas el codigo del componente y listo.
