I'm planning to get the Massive Adjustable Lower Rear + Upper Control Arms + Panhard for Trailblazer kit but I lifted my trailblazer.. Wish they made aftermarket front uca's looked at some spc's but don't think none will fit

its a Stock replacement so the bar is held on with the stock bolts..

The adjustable bar fixes the centering/alignment issue of the rear end but now you need to address the issue of the body side mount being lower than the axle side mount. With the suspension loaded you need the bar as close to level as you can get it.

Yes, that the reason that James Watt invent his Watt - links. This is the expert with the steam engine. This is also the better solution to centerline the rear axle. More info under en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Watt%27s_linkage

nice job.. most folks just lower ther car, and have no idea how it effects the suspension geometry . and wonder why there car does not handle so well afterward. its good to see someone that did there homework... oh yes. i am a Alfa Romeo, Ferrari technician... you did well. alway do your homework before you mess with with your suspension or brakes.. if you mess it up.. it could ...kill you

It's going to be a pretty nasty naturally aspirated with forged internals. That's until I save up enough for a the BOOST turbo. Love edutainment you provide.

Lovin your projects. Makes me regret my lack of project funds even more. Dang kids and their college educations to pay for. Took a small detour through the ditch in my Wrangler. I was able to fix my tweaked Panhard bracket by getting an adjustable bar and making it shorter. Works well and was hundreds cheaper than getting the mount realigned by a shop.

What size wheels/rims and tires are you using? the back wheels look flush with the fenders.

20x10s on the back. tires are a lil wider than stock.

Is it dangerous to remove the panhard bar when the load of the car is on the springs ? Some times the bolts of the panhard bar are heavy to move and when you turn on the side of the body then you press much force from the side into the body that it could tilt. What is your experiance ?

Can the truck be flat on the ground for this job? Is this basically removing bolts, old bar, replace with new bar, add bolts, adjust length, admire truck, and finally crack open a cold beer?

Hey man, I love your LS videos keep them up. I am debating whether to put a panhard bar or a watts link on an LS swapped coil live axle street driven mini truck, I know watts is more expensive but I read that the panhard is "good enough for the job" but I'm not sure about what exactly that implies. I want to know what would be better, it's not gonna see much track use probably just burnouts and maaybe some 1/4 mile stuff, but I want it to handle nice on the street.

Love the video as a first time viewer. My question evolves around my 2013 mustang gt. Do I necessarily need a PANHARD bar support brace with the actual panhard bar. Although I have 420 horses. This car isn't driven hard at all. Only summer weekend rides. Do you suggest the support brace with the actual panhard bar?

whats good James.. being your not racing the car.. id say save your money.. once you start lowering the car the rear tends to shift over the axles. thats why an adjustable panhard bar is needed to correct this misalignment.

I've replaced all the bushings in my 68 C20 (Rear control arm bushings, stock replacement coil springs, shocks and panhard bar bushings) After reassembly I have a greater distance panhard bard mounts than when I started. Now the stock bar seems 1 to 1.5 inches to short. Do I need to lift the frame and move the rear axle over to fit or will an adjustable one do that for me?

an adjustable one will do that.. first see which way you have to go and so if the adjustable bar will get you there by shortening or lengthening it. if its to short all the company and ask how many inches will the bad expand.. i got a couple of inched out of mine if needed. hopes this helps brotha Jim.

Yes! your input was huge. It made me think. while i was standing at the end of the truck it suddenly occurred to me when quickly I pulled the frame right while the right side was jacked up I could sneak in a bolt. With the help of my awesome wife, best friend/neighbor and the owner of the truck my son got the bolt in and everything lined up to factory spec! Your videos inspire keep them coming!!!

Will this also correct ride height if lowered in the rear? I took my airbags out and have Bell Tech shocks with DJM springs and my passenger side sits about 3/4" lower than my driver side.... I don't notice the axle alignment out so much but can see the height difference from ground to fender..... Any ideas? Thanks. Love the vids.

whats good CSC, the chevelle doesnt have a pan hard bar, but i have seen people put one in to keep the rear from travelling side to side.. thanks basically what it does..

Gotta check to see if my 03 Envoy 5.3 has a panhard before I lower her. It came with the towing package (including air springs) so it's possible.
