This is actually brilliant, my family had a pesky nuisance neighbor that felt entitled to us our waterhose because it was conveniently closer then his backyard gate area. To be able to separately turn the water off and remove the attached spicket would've be a petty game changer, of course we jus would remove the hose but still...
