I’m so confused, I want to buy this kit but I am unsure of what to wire the red feed wire to. Should I wire it to the battery and risk draining it. Or should I wire it towards the radio? This is very confusing

Wire it to your fuse box like he shows so that when you turn the key off it kills power flow or else believe me it will drain your battery to the point of having to replace due to full discharge. Found that out the hard way

My take away from this is that I need an external regulator to splice into the existing system. Now I have to figure out how this is done.
