For a current version Remington 700 Police (current being bought December 2018, with updated bolt handle, 24" threaded barrel, 5R rifling), that comes with an H-S stock PST012 I believe, no modifications were required. Dropped right in, and took a whole 59 seconds to install ;-) The only complaint I have is that I could not find any mention that the magazines require bending for the caliber being used, and that there is a special H-S tool for that. That would have been nice to know up front, so I could have ordered the special tool when I ordered the DBM & magazines.

Any conversion kit that is ordered directly from us is 100% ready to go for SAAMI approved calibers as you would place your order for your specific caliber. Many of our Distributors order the conversion kits on a case diameter basis which means some of the conversion kits will feed multiple calibers but the gaps will need to be slightly modified which can be done with a pliers. According to the HS Precision representative in this video, the DBM conversion fits any R700 BDL. So if you have a BDL, it’ll work. If you have a ADL, no it won’t work.

If you listen to the HS Precision expert in the video, he states that it will work in any BDL. So no, it will not work in a ADL. However, it should be fairly obvious that a DBM conversion will not work on a ADL, since it does not have a floor plate for the magazine. The only opening on a ADL is for the trigger guard. I guess if you have a mill, you could mill a opening.

Your market up here would be huge, almost every Canadian rifle forum has numerous threads regarding the unavailability of H-S Precision stocks. We all want them but the one authorized importer of your equipment is, basically, useless... PLEASE HELP!!!!
