Yes, you can Use any Universal / Unicable LNB for the Dstv installation. And a dish ranging from 50cm and above can be used the track for the Dstv signal. You can use the Strong Pan as well. 🙏🏾

Big boss. Please help me here. I bought a new Model 8S decoder. I went through the whole process of upgrading but there's no where I was asked to enter and number. Now the decoder only shows channel 100. I see this decoder does not have any slot for the smart card. So how do I link my card to the decoder?

Go-to Menu Press On Help Press On General Information You'll find The IUC number of the decoder which will be required for activation. Then On The Help Page look for (Contact Centre) and call your country office number for activation.

Your need either FTA decoder or plasma TV with an in-built satellite. Go-to Menu, Installation, Satellite Settings, look for Transponder (TP) and add the DStv TP (12245 H 27500) save. Then let someone monitor it for you whiles rotating the satellite dish to get the signal.
