They were nice boards. Unfortunately a semi truck tire blew up next to me one day on the highway and damaged mine beyond repair. But I did like them while I had them.

Is there plastic on the top for the anti slip? How has it held up? We just bought a used 2020 Nissan Titan Pro-4X King cab with 42k miles. We need some side steps. Getting in the truck is difficult for kiddo and friends. Considering the iBoards but trying to steer clear of plastic if possible. Their all aluminum or carbon steel versions with built in steps are double the price though but do not appear to have plastic.

No plastic. They were slippery in wet conditions. They were holding up find until a truck tire exploded next to me on the highway and bounced off the passenger side running board. Saved the body from any damage. But the boards were toast. I was considering coating them with a bedliner paint to get more grip. They are 100% aluminum. No plastic.
