Sorry for sounding dumb. Trying to wrap my head around this to do my own trim here. Your outside wall is 17 3/8 and your adding a 1/16th to that for 17 7/16 and making sure the inside of the board edges before the bevel is this length? Knowing that the added length from the beveled edge to its end on each side is 5/8th because that's the board diameter. And this will line up?

Not to worry. So what I think you are asking is for a wall with an outside corner, basically rule of thunb is whatever the "thickness" of board is you will add to the length to get an accurate outside measure on the corners. So for instance, if you have a 5/8" baseboard and it has an outside corner on each end, take the wall measurement and add 1.25" + 1/16" to allow for a little play as the drywall may jut out on the corner beads. So 5/8" on each end makes 1.25" total to the wall length, or if one end you simply only add one board thickness to the end length. Hope that helped.👍
