In this video we are showimg complete visual for the installation of submerssible pump.
Inorder to start with,First we should select appropriate pump based on the depth of our well and availability of water in it.
Once we select the pump and rating is known,We have to design a starter panel for submerssible pump.
After all we have to assemble the pump with motor.Then we here use a marine rope to support pump inside the bore.
Also we have used l&T Cable to wire the pump.It is a single phase pump so we have 3 cables going out to the pump from starter.One is supply for start winding,another is for run winding and third one is for neutral.
Before inserting we have to conduct megger as its going to be in underwater,We have to make sure on its insulation.Then properly tying all these to pump,we will start inserting into bore the same.
Then the starter panel will be connected to live power source.
Once we start the motor from panel.We will start receiving water.
Also we should note ,cable joining should be made proper with water protected insulation.

അതിൽ പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് മനസിലാക്കാൻ ഒന്നും ഇല്ല. കമ്പനി പാനൽ വയറിങ് ചെയ്താണ് വരുന്നത്. കൂടാതെ വയറിങ് diagram സൈഡിൽ വരച്ചു വച്ചിട്ടും ഉണ്ടാകും. Phase, nuetral connection R, B എന്ന് എഴുതിയ പോർട്ടിൽ കൊടുക്കുക. R, Y, B പോർട്ടിൽ മോട്ടോറിൽ നിന്നുമുള്ള Red, Yellow, Blue wire കണക്ട് ചെയ്യുക അത്രയേ ഉള്ളൂ.
