Bro, you saved me. When I first got my brothers gaming Laptop back after 3 years of it being repaired (the friend only had spare time to do it.) my first thoughts was Garry’s mod, Tf2, and something more new which was brutal doom. So when spring break came and we traveled for it, I took the chance of downloading it. But my god it sucked. For 5 days I was trying to make I think two other peoples tutorials work separately but neither I could figure out. I almost gave up until I watched yours. Although you had two separate things in the video like the catvisor thing and RAR to ZIP, I was somehow able to understand you and get it working. Take this as a thank you. I’m very confident I will play this a lot.

Very clear and all, but the V21 is not 'Sergeant_Marks_IV Brutal Doom Version 21' from me, it's just NORMAL Doom....and no mod at all. Am I doing something wrong tho, because I'd love your help with it please Cheers

Do you need either Doom 1 or 2 in order to install “Brutal Doom” or do you just need GZDOOM? Also, is it normal for the file to say “brutalv21.rar”? EDIT: now it’s saying “brutalv21.pk3”.

The way I understand it is that all you need is to have, for example, The Ultimate Doom installed. Then you should be able to run GZ Doom and it will have The Ultimate Doom listed

Yes you require the original games first: ultimate doom and doom II. Very cheap on steam.
