Thanks for the video, I also have the unsupported firmware problem but with all versions - I can't seem to get past it. Using Sx60 would be really grateful to know if you have any ideas?

Chimp won't run? I press "Accept all" licenses but on the "Detect card" screen of the Chimp.exe interface I get an error message that says "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070020)"
