That's so funny. Guy literally has the same ergonomic Logitech keyboard I have. He even has the QWERTZ version. That could be my desktop with the MX Ergo trackball next to the Ergo K860 keyboard. (Except my computer's Bluetooth. No dongle. Also even though it's QWERTZ I use the Dvorak keyboard layout. I wonder whether he does.)

i manged to pull the plastic off had to pry that off using the case then put it back on the pins

For all, who search for solution. You cannot "just pull". Don't do it! The reason of USB connector jamming is defective triangle latch on plastic connector side. Long triangle latch manufactured way too sharp, so it stuck in the long hole of motherboard plastic receptacle completely blocking. The solution is to bend connector receptacle wall sideways. Use either screwdriver or place something thin in gap. Your task is bend motherboard receptacle wall, so long sharp sawtooth-like latch on connector take away from receptacle wall hole. I told again, do not pull, you disrupt plastic receptacle on motherboard. In my case I put it back on soldered pins. After you disconnect connector, cut that sharp plastic tooth completely or using sandpaper grind it down.

So, I have this problem. I want to add a 2nd monitor to my set-up, but my GPU has only 1 HDMI port and 3 Display Ports. And the monitor I use only has Hdmi, and to use an adapter for the same monitor is having to revert back to to 60hz. 75 hz might not be that much faster but, is it the only way?budget is tight. 😔

Undervolting has helped me reduce mine. I had an old PSU that would stop any coil whine as its a PSU issue.
