How to install codecs on Windows 11 🎞️

So words of advice for others out there, some codecs suck in terms of their install procedure, and have very unclear/basic installation ui, but pretty much no matter what, if it downloads to the default location it suggests in the installer, all it takes is a computer restart and any apps that needed it, in my case Ableton Live, will then be able to use the codec you installed and decode and edit video without issue.
