Well it's been 2 weeks since I watched. I get my kit tomorrow for my 2016 Ford Transit connect cargo van. $320.00 I hope I can install it myself. I will give it my best shot, just take my time. @@afktravels I just bought a 2016 Ford Transit cargo XL. I plan to be a NOMAD with my German Shepherd service Dog Archer. We are going to travel all over the USA. I NEED CRUISE CONTROL!!! I watched your video ofcourse. I am assuming this same kit will work on my vehicle. I hope I can install it correctly. Do you have suggestions best and cheapest place to buy a kit? Thank you Will!! Still working well, one thing they could improve on is the ability to adjust the acceleration when it's trying to force it up a hill. I usually have it off if it's a hilly area as the engine rev is too high sometimes.

i have installed that one, but how do you Cancel while you are on cruise? i mean what button to press

Good question! I usually just hit the on/off button to cancel or push on the break. Both method seems to work. 😅

@@afktravels it seem to be very cheap i think the price we have paid you know. it is like some china made product not really 5 stars product for me. For stopping i start pressing both button SET/COAST AND RES/ACC at same time and it cancel also. with pressing brake pedal i get a message on screen sometime..

Did you need to program it ?

No it's plug and play, no programming required. Other then set your speeds with the controller when you drive

Hi, I installed the rostra CC in my car 5 months ago, everything went well. But two months ago, I have had a problem with the rostra control 250-3742 (same as your video). The problem is, that it can not light up easily, it lights up after many attempts (led flashes, and does not light up). You can help me. I would appreciate. Thank you very much

Hey glad you found the video helpful, however i didnt encounter this problem but it sounds like it could be caused from a lose connection potentially, have you check to ensure your connections are soldered properly and have enough voltage? And check your plugs to ensure no dust or dirt on them. Last option call customer support and see if they can help with troubleshooting. [phone]
