Flash Stock ROM of your phone if it is Samsung, you can use Odin to flash otherwise you can use any other!

You are going way too fast. What is the software on your computer, when you said "Fastboot" ? Is it ADB ? You mean access the directory from the DOS command window, then enter "Fastboot.exe" ?
