What's the best way to adjust the fog lights? I got some and they have a very narrow, sharp cut off (which is nice to not glare anybody but I have no idea if I should aim them higher or lower to give the needed illumination per ECE).

There should be aiming instructions in your instructions and in the PDF instructions on the product page. Because the D3 fog is such a sharp cut off I have found that aiming the top of the D3 beam at the bottom of the headlight beam is a pretty good start; you might need to adjust a little one way or the other.
