Similar to another comment no mention of using shims on the bed rail caps. You need to do that for this cover. I would have liked to see that done. Also no mention if the bulkhead needs to have the weatherstripping installed.

It looks like the cover doesn’t quite fit the bed. What was the size of the bed and cover?

Dennis, It's a 2019 Silverado 5.8' bed. This is the correct cover for the bed, it just doesn't sit all the way across the bed rails.
