Glad you enjoyed it. We've been debating about a window seat for a while too, but finally decided to commit to it... publicly too, so I guess it's too late to back out now 😉 Cheers. Scott

Nice work! Could you have trimmed the returns on the back (flat) edge with a belt sander or sanding block? I appreciate the book references. Thanks!

Good question John. That's the approach I use when I pre-build the caps in the workshop... you will see that in the next video. I use a Japanese pull saw, which is quick and accurate. Cheers. Scott

Thank you for the video. What is size of the small crown molding and also a name of a product/Brand to buy at Home Depot. Appreciate your early reply.

Scott, is that a saw stop jobsite saw I see. I would be interested in a tool review when you have enough time with it.

Maybe you can show how to repair an outside door that will not close, frame is warped, out of square.

Reason for those dips at end of board is probably due to incorrect roller setting on thicknesses.

Remote off on switch for the Saul. How much lazier are we going to get?
@HomeImprovementWoodworking
@HomeImprovementWoodworking 3 жыл бұрын
The remote is for the dust collection system, not the saw... that sounds dangerous. Scott
@AdamKirbyMusic
@AdamKirbyMusic 3 жыл бұрын
Clearly you've never manually turned a dust collector off and on repeatedly. It's a total workflow killer. My setup is even more automated than this one, it automatically powers the DC on when the saw comes on.

Oh, that sounds cool. Is it an iVac switch system?
@AdamKirbyMusic
@AdamKirbyMusic 3 жыл бұрын
@@HomeImprovementWoodworking yep, it's the iVac Pro Tool Plus. It looks like you already open an iVac so you could add it to your setup for minimal effort. Btw I was responding to the first guy not you, I didn't tag him so not sure it was clear.
