Instead of taking the wire to the front end of car with fuse box, Is there an alternative?. Can i make connection with a 12v & Ground at the Tailgate Smart Gate itself?. Can i connect the ACC to the lamp in the trunk space?. Will my plan work?. Thanks.

It will be safer to connect the safe, if connection with a 12v & Ground at the Tailgate Smart Gate can not be sure how much current is, easy to burn the circuit oh, generally we recommend to connect the safe.
