does it still hold or does your brother had any isuess with the lip until now?

It's all still on the car, no issues whatsoever! He did hit a pothole about a year ago which damaged the front lip a little bit in one spot, but a black sharpie covered that all right up.

what jack did you use

It’s my brothers jack. It’s a F-tools 4 ton hydraulic jack low profile :)
