...my first experience with a BMW was when i drove a 325i e36 5 speed manual, which looked like sh*t but boy did it drive well, i loved it to bits, the sound and the torque was just astonishing, any gear acceleration was a marvel, it just kept begging me to press. The second encounter was in a 530d e39 manual 5 speed, it felt sluggish at take off but i got used to it and the steering felt heavier than normal. Right now I'm interested in a 525i e39

I've got the plastic M-sport style now and am about to revert back to just the "goofball style" but in carbon fiber. The angles I drive up and down around here daily, while also lowered, just scrape too much. Removing that centerpiece will hit a sweet spot for me. I'll likely take your advice and even bolt those on since it's pretty easy.

I don't know what bumper to choose😢 I really like M2 conversion bumper, but it's not available in my country, and the bumpers m sport and m3 are very light and rounded inwards, not outwards( I mean, they don't make the car look more aggressive, or people just photograph them with a wide angle lens and it can't be appreciated as through a telephoto lens ( Or is it all about the lower lip.... I'm confused, my car is still coming from auction and I don't know what bumper to put on it😅😅

From someone who doesn't have a garage - Wouldn't it be easier to attach the corner pieces to the splitter first >> attach to the car with double sided tape >> then drill?

It’s called “Gorilla Tape.” It’s double sided tape that can hold up to 30 lbs. you can find it at most hardware stores

Hey man. Love your channel. I am from South Africa (Our economy = doomed) Currently driving a Polo. Thinking of buying a BMW - What year model do you recommend for a E90 - don't Want ALOT of fancy expensive things. (Angel eyes and a good entertainment system (screen and usb. nothing more) Looking to buy one that is easy to work on and wont cost my whole salary. I see a lot of BMW's here with around 60/70 000 miles on it for great price. Any tips and advice please. Thanks

Hey I’d recommend a 328i or 330i (I used to have a 2006 330i). They will give you a fair amount of premium options like the angel eyes, leather seats, many of them have the nav screen - without the reliability issues of the 335i from that era. I had mine for 6 years and it was an excellent car.

You’d have to take your lip off to install them because they wrap under the bumper

Please will you demonstrate the best way to use the auto gears? I’m about to switch to a step auto 225d Msport from my beloved 123d Msport which has a manual change. We have Low Emissions Zones coming in and the 123d has s a Euro 5 diesel. Maybe you don’t have diesels so much in USA?

Hey, diesel BMW’s are not common here, although most BMW’s here are automatic now. Honestly I keep it in full auto most of the time. In full auto, the car gets better fuel economy and will even shift more precisely in sport mode. I don’t use the manual mode/ paddle shifters often.

When I first heard of carbon fiber, I was expecting something more structurally than just a different pattern design..
