Hi ryan, can I use those screws you used for your hangers, Im doing a roof Dormer and for the 8 x 2 floor joist hangers are screw allowed by building regulations?? (nails take longer and more hard work)

i nail everything up mate we only screw timbers if we are putting it somewhere and it might need moving, but ill go over everything after with a nail gun. or if im cutting up spars ill get lads to just temp screw it so i can see its in thw right place. we also hanger everything and bolt everything after as well
