The toolbox, which was specially developed for the Harley-Davidson Pan America RA1250 luggage carrier, is exactly matched to the Pan America in terms of material and design, ensuring optimum stability and an incomparable look.
The toolbox is the ideal solution for the safe storage of important small parts for the Harley-Davidson Pan America motorcycle. The optimal use of space on the vehicle tool, first-aid pack, breakdown set, or many other useful things remain permanent and do not disturb the motorcycle.
The approx 2.3-liter storage space is protected against spray water and a large opening makes loading and unloading easy, even when the cases are mounted.
The toolbox does not interfere with the normal use of the motorcycle's aluminum side and top case.
Using special clamps, the toolbox can be mounted to the case carrier easily and very quickly. A protection cap on the lock against spray water provides permanent ease of use.
Installation requires separate purchase of Side Case Mounting System P/N 90202087.
NOTE: This toolbox is not compatible with the Harley Davison original rear luggage rack (P/N 47200713).
We redeveloped the new passenger handrail for the Harley Pan America RA1250, It does not interfere with the normal use of the motorcycle's aluminum toolbox. (P/N TR-4482-BK)

I have their Pannier liners and I love those. I was excited when I saw this and I purchased it. IT DOESN"T FIT!! Only after looking closer at this video do I see why mine doesn't fit. He removed the plastic hand hold seat base. Nowhere in the description does it say you need to remove it and keep it off!! In fact he says: is exactly matched to the Pan America in terms of material and design, ensuring optimum stability and an incomparable look. How do I get a refund or one that fits with the normal equipment left on the motorcycle?

Just purchased the 2024 Pan America. Box fits without cutting the hand grip when you simply flip the bracket upside down. Installed on the 2022 PAS and now on the 2024 CVO PA

Watch this video very closely before you decide to purchase one of these for your Harley Davidson pan America because when you go to mount this, you cannot leave your grab handle on the bike. You must take it off or this will not fit. I know this because I purchased one and you cannot fit it in that hole right there without removing your Grab rail permanently, so then you have nothing to really grab to pick the bike up

Unit in Hand. Doesn't work with passenger grips installed. I'll figure something out.... Figured out you can 'flip" the brackets upside-down and install above handrail. It's a PITA but it works, more or less. I would not purchase again but since I have it it is installed. C'Mon China.
