Thanks it worked. *mouse Toggle* *Play/Pause button , press twice.* For mouse toggle, when you said press play and pause at the same time. It took a while to figure it out. Basically press the play/pause button twice.

I just notice. You are talking about your Mac, If you are. Then yes you need the plugin, But if you have an old recorder it will only work with internet explorer. If you can't get internet explorer try google chrome, both will give you the option to download the plugin.

With the mouse click on a camera, look for the SD option. Click on the SD and it will give you the HD option. Keep in mind watching all the cameras in HD, you will get buffering.

This will only work on the new Samsung android TV. Go into the play store and download an app called Guarding Vision. Then follow the steps in the video.

I’m really hoping someone can help, I get to the point where I try and install the Hik app and it’s giving me the message that “app not installed “. Had no issues with the toggle mouse . Can someone please guide me!?

What device are you installing it on? Check to see if your device has the latest firmware update.

The fires tick I believe it is all up to date how do I check

You might have all the cameras in HD. Try changing each change to Basic.

i have installed the app, but no live viewings are coming up, it is saying refresh/ add device and when i press device found, nothing is happening, i have logged in aswell.// it is asking for qr code which i cannot obviously provide as it is on tv.

@@JasonTechi have logged in on the hikconnect app with the link you provided on my tv, but no cameras are showing up? im not too sure what to do as my other option would be if this does not work out would be to run hdmi cable through my house as dvr/nvr box is in the loft

Which firestick model do you have? If you have the latest firestick, the mouse app won't work and they don't have a good working mouse app.

Hi. Question. Do you have the Fire Stick plugged into the wall? Make sure you have all the camera's in SD not HD.
