Yes - I have ran into same issue cannot switch back to normal OEM Screen on Jeep Cherokee radio. I see the video description is for a Jeep Compass.

Unfortunately for me it doesnt display anything after connecting the addon board it shows only white screen or some stripes i tried everything and checked all cables are tight but no use when u connect back the original setup its working fine …

Check the 8 pins in the device to make sure they are correctly alligned

I solved it, I connected a new cable, I connected it to the 12v reverse light cable up to the orange "Rear-C" cable

I saw your replay that you connected a new cable to the Rear C orange wire. Where did you connect the other side of the new cable that you connected to the rear C cable?

the installation tutorial is simple, but does not provide detailed information, such as microphone cable routing and rear camera cable connection. I also contacted technical support several times, they were very superficial but did not provide technical information. good product with discreet commercial assistance, but they are absent in the specific technical assistance. a little disappointed.

“Plug and play” it’s is not. Not one mention from merge screens that I’d have to completely diss assemble the factory screen. Even after following this video, Product didn’t work, threw a code on my truck, and wasted my time and money. Customer service doesn’t answer the phone. Got played.

As these guys do not reply, I will. The provide you with a switch button but in the case of Jeeps, you can also use the circle button behind left side of the steering wheel
