I put the Allen bolts in from the other side. Then you have studs like the original.

This is why I pay people to put leveling kits on my trucks and gladly so. Its worth me giving them my money because it really is a big hassle if you try and do it yourself and you can do more damage than good if you dont know what youre doing. You can wreck your 4 wheel drive for example if you dont have the right tools and knowledge just trying to install a leveling kit. And as you can see it looks like he put knew struts and shocks on and that is the way to go if youre putting on a leveling kit on an older truck.....might as well replace them while they have all the parts disassembled to do so.

So I was attempting to install a leveling kit but my suspension was all out of wack. Once I put it all together my upper control arm was touching the springs on the struts. It looked like the sway bar links were too long and not allowing the suspension to lift up to the proper height? Or if I am just Special and should never touch a wrench again😂

I really thought you ran the bolts through and flipped it over and ran the nuts down in the factory studs and had new studs with nuts going through the top.. I have never seen it like this

Get ready to replace CV constantly... the control arms get put at such an awkward angle with this, I'm about to put my 3rd cv on the driver side this year. When I do that I'm removing the leveling kit

The fact that you didn't explain how the strut needs to be rotated 180 degrees to line up the top mounting bolts. I hate I when these videos seen to easy. There's always something unsaid.
