Hello, I have a question when installing Ubuntu. When downloading Ubuntu as the latest version on the official website, the file is downloaded only with the zip extension. I think other people download it with exe, but even the publisher of zip is an unknown publisher, so I don't know what to install next

For Kali Linux, at least 2 GB of RAM is recommended, but 4 GB or more is ideal. Adjust Processor Settings: Go to Settings > System > Processor in VirtualBox and ensure at least 1 CPU is allocated to the VM (ideally 2 if your system allows it). 2. Enable Virtualization in BIOS VirtualBox requires virtualization to be enabled on your computer's BIOS/UEFI. If you have a virtual disk, this is the screen on which you click machine in the top left hand corner and then click storage. Then you have to choose the second option underneath storage devices, go to the right and look under attributes and uncheck the box that says 'Live CD/DVD'. I hope this helps!
