I just got done installing simular bulbs. This video really helped me alot. For anyone considering buying this I have to inform that on surtant models you have to remove the air box to be able to fit the bulbs in. I have an N53B30 and I needed to remove the air box which added a little more work but that was easy enough

I know this vid is 4 years old but I just did this upgrade today, damn it's not easy to get those bulbs seated!! I actually had to replace my foglights with some new Hella replacements so while I had the fender liners out I decided to get at the lights from underneath. It was definitely easier but I still had to remove one of the turbo cannisters, NO clue how you did it from the top without removing anything! Love all the vids, great stuff 👍🏼

its normal, no led blubs is going to change that due to how the light pipes are designed. The actual lens needs to be taken off to replace with LED rings to get that even illumination.

Such a shame the design on almost all of these angel eyes makes the inner ring brighter. The only BMW of this "angel eye generation" that has even light is the Pre LCI E87. My brother has an E87 and I was surprised that the PRE FACELIFT has better designed angel eyes??
