How to Install Magnetic Snaps and Invisible Magnetic Snaps

Just found this video. Did my first wristlet with the magnets (inside the plastic) and inside interfacing sewing foam. It was my first time doing it and I 'ran' into the problem of the magnet sticking to my sewing machine. I'll take your suggestion next time and put a piece of paper under my magnet. Lovely video. You're a great instructor. :)

The link selling invisible magnetic snap is out of stock. What do I look for when buying from another source. I noticed there is a difference in magnetic strength. I randomly picked a snap from Amazon and it is not strong enough to be effective. Your video is very good.

I wouldn't trust gluing. If I sew it in place I know it won't move!

I agree with the post prior to mine. I use leather as my main material and know very well that glue alone isnt strong enough to hold the snaps and i use contact cement! Lol
