That Lap Sealant step with Mr. Clean on the tube is so horrible: you will never see a sailboat with such ugly junk over screw heads and flanges: proper sealant is normally applied UNDER screw heads and fan flange, not OVER them. Please, do not answer that it is part of the MaxxFan installing instructions... It is unfortunate that all KZbinrs copy all each others that terrible idea...
