im following as i should but when i download it doesnt give me the mm icon and its justa white blank page as the icon for what ive downloaded, when i click it it takes me to internet explorer and a blank page, it wont work and i dont know why

Hello there, are you sure there is no problems with your download or browser? The correct situation is when you have a downloaded Fifa Mod Manager, it shall presents itself as a WINRAR/ZIP file for you to extract and install.
