i mean you can get an inf coins mod and just open all character packs then once you have them all unlocked im pretty sure they are saved to a non modded version of the game i think idk

For me frosty mod manager doesnt boot the game, and gives me an error. I reinstall it and itll get to the last part and say the game sdk is out of date and ill so as it says then itll say it cant access it. If i boot frosty again after itll then give that same error from the beginning.
