I made mine out of a bunk bed frame the neighbors threw out, welded them together once level and used the old brackets on the 40/20/40 93' seats for adjustment. Went on Car ID and bought some black and tan Covers. Fancy Dirty old man Truck!. ;)

You'll find this to be funny. I recently bought a 1969 Ford F350 27 foot Vista Liner Olympus C Class Motorhome, for my husband's Christmas/birthday, and it only has 35,000 miles on it,. So yes,...it has a hole cut in the back of the cab, and Ford included a pair of (pure white Wimbledon white )bucket seats, that are in perfect condition. The funny part? I'm probably the only one the has factory installed buckets for my F350,...so you not in danger of losing any customers over this! However, you can say, that you know for a fact, that Ford did install buckets in an "F" series bumpside,...from the factory! I think there were three overall in 69, and at least one of them is long gone. Guess what!? In 1969 Ford used larger trucks, ( like the F350 390 Fe) to do research on high performance products, ( such as carburetors, intakes, etc,...) At least, that's what Ford told my husband, when he called to find out why three two barrels were included on the build sheet he found in the truck! Thanks for listening, we'll subscribe immediately! I put Mustang seats in my '62. There is no extra room. To have extra room, the seat would have to be thinner front to back. They aren't.

I hear you,,,hard to get any leg room in older trucks,,, l built a 45 dodge pickup and had to use a 3 seat option from a mini van to have enough,,,I'm building a 66 ford pickup and used bucket seats and I hate the leg room,, expecially with a clutch for manual transmission

So I just received my brackets and doesn’t look like my holes on any of the plates were drilled out to the correct diameter for the bolts. Any help? 🤨

I like it except for cutting down the seat backs. Lots of torque in that beautiful beast gonna be tossing your coconut around and slamming the back window.
