You can setup your Nvidia experience and Nvidia control.

In Nvidia control panel - switch your external graphics like Nvidia to high performance to mod.

will quant v work properly in i5 processoser 16 gb ram. currently i am using redux +mvga and i get only 30 fps and it lag also
