Installed this on a 2016 Nissan Sentra Sv with stock Bose sound system. No sound at all with radio or Bluetooth to phone just dead air. Also no steering wheel functions will pair.

Can you use Bluetooth music, and navigate outside of the Bluetooth screen and still get audio? Like if I connected my music via Bluetooth, could I still hear my music, and navigate to my maps or other areas on the radio, or will the music only play while the music Bluetooth screen is open

One comment ask why you cut into wires. You said you didn't cut any wires and only tapped. But you clearly already tapped it then plugged it in then unplugged it and then snipped off wires.. this is a comment and also a question?

if you installing only the display.. all will come just Plug and Play... finish... IF you install a camera also that is where you see those tapping going on..

If camera is After Market.. its plug and Play only.. but if you have OEM Camera you need to modify it sir..

How did you retain the steering wheel controls? I have a 17 Sentra and everything is working except the steering wheel buttons

Some device supports the steering buttons automatic without setting it up.. but some you need to set on the screen for the buttons..

you need to check your car dashboard if its the same.. normaly most all of the basic model for nissan has the same cable Harness.. its just plug and play.. you just need to check the frame if will fit to your car
