Hi Guys
Today in this video ,I am going to show you how to install oil cooler radiator in my royal enfield meteor 350 stellar black varient.the process is same for any bike.I am installing a car radiator in my RE Meteor 350.

Bro Great work. One thing I must add is to mount the Radiator using rubber bushing. Aluminium used in radiators cracks easily under vibration.

Great video very helpful. One request: oil temp gauge (replaces fuel filler cap very easy install) and let us know air temp outside and oil temp. If you could do this next video that would be great!

Respected sir, great job, but royal Enfield s over smartheads must understand 1 thing that after heatwave of 2024 their air cooled engines Are totally useless for the future summer rides, Oil cooling and liquid cooling is the safety nessicity for all the riders. Thanks

Hi, Not required that' much huge radiator. Lot's of oil coolers available in market you can use Himalayan bike oil cooler also. 25-30% of oil cooler is sufficient for 350cc. That mean 1.7 ltrs of total engine oil capacity 425ml to 510ml extra oil you need add in the oil. As per my knowledge it will create un necessary oil leakage while in bike's stand still postion. Design parts good ( 2 holes in oil filter cap) If iam going to install it i will go for 300ml oil cooler which already available in the market easy and engine capacity is 2 ltrts round.
