Can I use crazy glue or any other kind of glue instead? And if so what glue would be best?

Patrick Chrètien definitely don't use any kind of crazy or super glue. There are some specialized glues that fuse with plastics but I'm not sure of any brands on the top of my hand. Glue would be pretty unreliable for this kind of application though.

That depends, there are many different brands, styles, and roll sizes out there. However you wouldn't spend any more than 5-10 dollars
