How to install radiator relocate kit on a Honda

Excellent video above excellent I've seen I don't know how many of these videos but nobody ever shows putting in the radiator in the actual kit Holder itself they always show you know just hooking it up to the top but they never show how the radiator actually goes into the kit anything like that it's amazing people do how to videos that Miss what I guess they call Simple Things but the simple things are the things that most people really just never see detail is the most important and some of the details for most people that think that just detailed don't matter that's the biggest detail there is this the first one out of all the videos I've watched and he's been a bunch of them that somebody actually showed how the radiator actually went into the holder so A+ for the video just for being above everybody else thanks a lot and God bless

I have a slight tick noise on my 2013 rancher. Sounds like it’s from or near the water pump. Any idea what it could be?

what is the black plastic piece behind the fan that has the L bracket that screws in the kit? i need a new one.

Having a hell of a time with the longer hose fitting into almost a 90 degree tight spot on the bike, hose doesn’t seem like it wants to set at all all have it on both sides as I’m wiggling back and fourth, been at it for hours , any tips I’ve used grease and pliers still can’t get those hose to set right

Where at on the bike? Motor or radiator side? We grease the hose and slide it on, it is a tight fit, but it’s the same ID as the oem hose before it stretches

@@vesselpowersports motor side of your on the bike it would be the left, and yeah I greesed it and everything gonna try swapping sides seeing if that may make a difference, if not I may just throw a 45 fitting on and call it a day

Can a middle snorkel be installed still it looks like it would be tight. Assuming it’s a 2022 foreman 520

Mainly for the mud riders, so your radiator does not get clogged with mud and start to overheat. It is a big problem when you mud ride often, even if you clean it out after every ride, it is still bound to get clogged. You can also mount accessories to it!

Able to keep the reservoir? Not supplying the longer hose for it? Don't like the idea of it going away. Do like the low profile look of the kit. Would paint it white like I've done to two others. Black burns to the touch.

We do away with the reservoir with this kit, but you are able to keep it in the factory location with the push pins, we have seen customers do that before
