How is the light output of the included headlights compared to the stock one? Visually I’m not the biggest fan of the hornet face headlights on faired/partially faired bikes, but they do put out an impressive amount of light at night...

Light output is about the same as stock. It's not earth shattering, you'll still need auxiliary lights for that, but it's like any other stock bike. It uses the factory KTM rally lenses and projectors so it's about the same as the pro rally bikes.

It seems my headlight didn’t come with fasteners for the headlight protector. Was it supposed to come with self tapping screws?

Will do! This poor bike has been stuck on the dyno making all kinds of maps and helping to develop a new Rottweiler Intake System so she doesn't have a lot of miles yet, but we will be sure to post a follow up with GoPros and everything!

That's up to Rebel X. But if they do, we will have it! Probably not a big enough seller though. This kit if 1/2 the price of a 390.

I've heard that there is potentially an "HLU error" appeared on the dashboard due to removing OEM Light . Is it true ? Does it exist a bypass avoiding this error ?

They do, but it's just a quick button press to clear it. Kind of like the old 'ILLEGAL!' on the 1190/1290's that we quite frankly loved LOL.

We already did that on our Tundra, plus a Magnuson super charger so the next logical step was this Rebel-X rally front end of course.

We have not tried, but not likely. There are many parts on that Norden that would have to be highly modified for it to work. Keep an eye on Rebel X to see if they will be developing anything for that model and if so, we will surely carry it. We have sold hundreds for the KTM so far as they have been very popular.

Yes it does! We've already installed a few so everything is just the same.

@@tvmotocrazy5178 Not at all. The stock signals plug right in and there are existing holes just for that. We just didn't run them on this build. You can use LED or stock or whatever you want quite easily.

You callin' my headlight ugly???!!! He ain't ugh ugh ugly, he's my bro uh uh uh ther. Unfortunately if I'm truthful, my half brother does look kind of like a praying mantis, which makes sense because as the story goes I was abandoned as an infant in the jungle and was raised by praying mantis's. Life was tough, especially when mom devoured Dad's head. Anyhow, the front end your offering seems well thought out and is pretty awesome looking to boot. Now all I gotta do is "pray" the stock headlight gets smashed by a rock.

How much time is needed for the installation of the kit?

That really depends on your skill level as a mechanic and who you are doing it for. If your skills are mid level, and the build is for you, I would budget an entire day to the project. Mainly because you will really want to get everything just right for the satisfaction level. If it was for a customer that may change a bit because you're probably not going to be so meticulous so as not to drive up the bill to the client. 4 to 8 hours would be in the ballpark.

Unfortunately it does not. They may make one at some point, but currently there are no rally tower offerings for that model that we know of.

Where is your turn signal installed, I don't see it ?

We did not install on on this build, but they can be plugged in and are ready for the stock turn signals at the top of the side plates where there are two 10mm holes. Very simple.
