How to Install Seat Spring Brace Wire

Great video. I'm actually doing a couch but it's really the same thing from the looks of it. The kit I bought had 4 springs a bunch of clips and brace wire for $21. All I had to do was measure the springs with a tape measurer before ordering to get the correct size.

help.... how do you cut out the wire and remove the clips???? I am having an issue with this...

@jimcovington153 - I use a scratch awl. I use a hammer to drive the tip into the side of the clip (work it back & forth inside the clip) to provide some separation between the wire & clip. Next I use tack puller to loosen the clip by prying the prongs away from the wire. You won't need to cut the wire, it will be loose once the clips are removed.
