I know that it’s been a long time since you posted this, but thank you so much for your help. Followed your directions step by step. Even when it came to having no red wire. 😀. We were like uh oh, we don’t have a red wire ding out and then you added that preface. Working perfectly.

Is too slow. The 3 speed. The airflow is 4314, and is something wrong?I don't feel anything air

Set the switch on the fan so it turns counter clockwise pushing air down instead of up.

We would suggest making sure the fan is rotating in the proper direction to create a downward airflow. The reverse switch is located just above the light kit as shown at the 14:44 mark.
