These are the videos that makes me comfortable to work on mine

Wow. What an impressive instructive video. I compliment you on your total presentation. You have all the proper tools. You have the proper skills to do the job. You are articulate enough to explain everything, even inserting some humor along the way. Your choice of words is impressive. Never have I heard anyone else use the term "articulate" to describe an assembly of parts to move properly. Panache is rarely (if ever) used to describe a person's style on KZbin, but you are deserving. The video component is clear. Everything is in focus. Nothing is done out of the visual field. You describe some ways where the action is not proper and then describe the method to address those malfunctions. Bravo! You put 99% of the other makers of KZbin content to shame. Well done, sir. I look forward to more of your work.

This is the best installation video I've ever seen. Thank you.

Very good instructional video fellas. Been working on guns for a while and now working on them at Vulcan Machine Werks. Always love quality instructional videos like this. Every gunsmith has their own witchcraft to how they work. Been looking at upgrading my 50-60’s era BHP with a magwell, trigger job, DLC recoat and a light rail. Was looking at C&S but I think I’ll be using yours instead. Had no idea yall made BHP products. Great job

Thanks for the video. I followed it very carefully and did the install but things are not working like they should. I'm working with a MK1 Browning Hi power. The first issue is that gap at 24:20 between the hammer and the sear is much smaller and tighter in mine. So the hammer does not move much when it's fully cocked. Possibly because of that when I tried to re-install the slide, the bottom of the slide was hitting the top of the hammer because it does not move down enough to allow for the slide clearance when sliding the slide rearward. I also had trouble with the trigger. The first important one is that after installing it, depressing the trigger DOES not disengage the sear and therefore the hammer does not drop. It seems that the trigger lever does not go up enough to hit the sear lever which disengages the sear. The second thing it seems to drag a bit when installed. These are my main issues. Other minor things would be pin holes fitment. The pin holes are drilled a tiny tiny bit bigger than the trigger pin and the hammer strut pin that comes stock on a FN hi power MK1. So I still installed them anyways but basically the pins are very loose now and they fall off by themselves even when only tipped over if outside the gun. Not sure if Apex is willing to assist me with this. I've spent basically few hours already trying to fix these parts. Thank you.

Looks great. Would this work in a FEG P9M (cross bolt BHP style barrel)?

Are you working on a ring hammer option? I love the aesthetics of the ring hammer.

I'd like to know why the two other springs were eliminated from the parts that were installed on the SA-35? Are there differences on the trigger system of both pistols?
So................what is the advantage of this trigger over the factory trigger? Not explained in the video.

Will there be anything like this that will be available for mk 3 versions of the hi power? I have the practical in 9mm which I read is a mk 3 variant.

Does this kit help with the horrible trigger reset on these guns?
@apextactical11 ай бұрын
Not specifically, we're working on options to make that happen.

Copy thank you. I’ll wait for that option

@@montepeters5192Me too. The reset is pretty much what I don’t like.

The safe fast system fixed the undesirable reset for Hi-powers. It’s an ingenious design that allows the hammer to be decocked while safety is engaged and cocked when safety is disengaged. This design gives a tactile reset as opposed to the soft long reset hi-powers are known for. You can also experiment with trigger return springs as well.

I prefer the rounded trigger. I hate the insanely long and imperceptible reset.

Does this trigger work on the Girsan MC P35?

why not measure how many pounds on the stock trigger, and after the mod.?

That’s what is keeping me from ordering this kit. For 200 clams they should have a before and after. After the article I read that someone had APEX install the kit the pull weight was 3-3.5 pounds! They had to bend the sear spring to lighten it up a bit. Granted I’m sure once shot in that will creep to a lower weight a bit but as of now, until I see some numbers and more videos or testimonials I’ll be using their trigger with cylinder and slide and BHSS parts/spring kit. I wish I could get a kit to try out but I’m sure that’s not an option.

Armory life did the swap in video kit took it from 5lb 5 oz to 4lb 8oz

@@kevinfoley6063 🤔 It's a waste of money. It's a shame, I expected the result to be at near 2lb - 2lb 5oz. Then there's no point in this set.
