hank you for the video. Am getting this error. I have check if the keys are correct and all is correct. I don't understand why still getting this error. Can you help please? An error occurred (AccessDenied) when calling the ListBuckets operation: Access Denied
@chstr0ng3 жыл бұрын
This means that you either forgot to setup the IAM user, the user has insufficient access, or the user might not be configured under the .aws folder in your home directory. Try to go through these steps again with help of the AWS website I've linked in the description below.

Thank you for the video. Am getting this error. I have check if the keys are correct and all is correct. I don't understand why still getting this error. Can you help please? An error occurred (InvalidAccessKeyId) when calling the ListBuckets operation: The AWS Access Key Id you provided does not exist in our records.

Either you haven't added your access key or it is wrong. Check if the .aws folder exists in your home directory and the keys are there. Try to setup a new user with new keys

Hello, I am getting below error, any suggestions ------------------------------------------------------------------ bash-3.2$ aws --version bash: aws: command not found
@99thcloud373 жыл бұрын
This means that the aws command isn't in your path. You might need to create the symbolic link "sudo ln -s /usr/local/aws-cli/aws /usr/local/bin/aws", if you've installed as per my instructions. You can type "echo $PATH" to see what directories are in your path by default. /usr/local/bin/ should be in your path, and therefore if you create a symbolic link of the aws command in that directory it should work. Hope it helps.
@posthocprior11 ай бұрын
An update. The GUI installer automatically creates symbolic link at /usr/local/bin/aws. So, this step in the video can be skipped.
@quickmath77803 жыл бұрын
doesn't work for me it state "/user/local/aws: is a directory "
@chstr0ng3 жыл бұрын
You might have had a previous installation, that created a folder. You could rename the folder to something else, and then add the symbolic link, to see if it works.
