And connect through Camera Hub G3 i can do only when this sensor will be added in Aqara home application (after release M3 in spring) ? Now it works with Homekit, Yandex station with matter can't find sensor.

I have the sensor and have added it into my google home app, I can see if the door is opened or closed in the Google home app fine. How can I get alerts from the home app when the door is opened though?

I always struggle to decide whether to put the main part of the sensor on the window or the magnet.

Uh the official Aqara app doesn't even support adding the P2 Sensor? Only T1, and original. How are we supposed to set this up?

We don't currently have a Matter based hub available, but we have one coming soon! The P2 is for users who want to connect our Thread based Door/Window Sensor to their third party Matter router

How long can the battery last

It has a long battery life! With Apple Home, it's up to 1 year. Google Home & Samsung Smart Things - up to 3 years

Paired it with Apple Home. Ran an automation. It ran then never responded and now it wont reconnect to my home no matter how many resets I do 🤷🏻‍♂️
