This is a great how to video. It helped me hang up both of my TV’s to the wall. I am loving it! Thank you for this great how to video. Really helped out a great deal!

I cannot wait to get a few of these for my theater room

My TV is mounted and I trust it isn't going anywhere but shouldn't the hooks sit down in the anchors. As much as I tilted I could never get my hooks to sink all the way into the bottom of the bracket anchors

we are moving but I'm not sure how to take the mount out of the wall. Is there instructions on how to do that?
@Lucid_XP6 күн бұрын
I would think it would be as simple as lifting it up diagonally and/or getting the back of a hammer in between the screws, no?
@samminasАй бұрын
None of the universal screws worked with my Vizio television. Looks like I have to go to Lowe’s or Home Depot. So frustrating. Do you have the size of the smallest screw option?

you've shown how your system works on drywall. Can you make a video of your system being installed on a plaster wall?

So 159 lbs won’t crack or break through the dry wall over time?
@Lucid_XP6 күн бұрын
It said it holds UP TO 150lbs so I would think anything over that would result in failure

Can use this on a vinyl siding.
@HangSmartАй бұрын
@@imgio1313 yup! You’d have to use the screws and anchors though as opposed to the nails.

Can this be used with the lower holes on the back of the tv?
@HangSmartАй бұрын
@@peterwagner3398 You can certainly still install the mount to the TV when the mounting holes are slightly towards the bottom. We've mounted hundreds of TV's which have the holes towards the lower end. This is really common with TCL and Roku tv's. You may get a slight tilt downwards because of the placement of the TV's mounting holes, but this is why we include the black rubber bumpers in the kit. You can add those rubber bumpers to the back, bottom of each side of your tv to flush out the tv a bit.

This doesn’t work for Roku tv it doesn’t have the holes
@HangSmartАй бұрын
@@LUCKY_STARCH every tv has mounting holes. We’ve mounted hundreds of Roku TVs with it. Roku has screws already pre installed into the mounting holes. You have to remove the screws in order to install the hooks.

@@WindomRettes We're glad you have such a strong opinion about our product, even though you haven't yet tried it. However, it works, here’s why… It’s physics. The nails go in at a 45 degree angle. The nails are supported at that 45 degree angle due to the design of our mount and how the raised bulged holes are designed. Those raised holes that the nail goes into supports the nail and keeps it at a 45° angle. It will never come out of the wall on its own or rip out following the weight limit, and no tv weighs near the weighted claim on this product. The mount itself holds up to 150lbs (a lot more even as per our testing results). But even if you increased the weight up to 250-300 (which we have for testing purposes and have shown on many other videos across our TikTok page), nothing happens. The way the mount is designed, combined with the placement of the nails (2 on top and 2 towards the bottom and wider apart), would not allow for it to fault. Remember the weight is going 90 degrees straight to the ground. You have nothing to worry about. The weight does not sit at the top or base of the nails, but rather it works together with the mount to create an anchor driving the pressure 90deg downwards and against the wall. Without the need to locate studs, our two mounts (separated) create two anchors that distributes the weight evenly and downward at a 90-degree angle. The way the mount is designed, combined with the placement of the nails (2 on top and 2 towards the bottom and wider apart), would not allow for it to fault. HangSmart has been tested in many labs including UL, and received numerous certifications (ISO, CQM, Product Testing 360), with hundreds of 5 star reviews. In fact, it has been UL rated and tested to hold up to 450lbs per UL regulation 2442. The product max weight limit is 150lbs. UL regulations test your claim X2 plus 100lbs.
