I got my Xbox Series S back may 7 2021 I'm having problems launching Black ops cold war like it crashes on my External hard drive from when I bought cold war on Xbox one S

Be sure the optimized version is installed and you should be ok has to say X/S on the cover

Bf downloaded the xbox one version but to get the x/s it means having to refund it and buy it again 🙄

Do you have the disc or did you check the Microsoft store if you have MW installed you can get the ultimate edition or cross gen bundle from there

No matter how many times I download the series x version my had assets and ray tracing are not selectable

You need to go to your manage game's and apps and make sure EVERYTHING is installed!!!!
